About Kunming University of Science and Technology
Kunming University of Science and Technology (KUST) is one of long history and as the largest universities in Yunnan Province and one of the well-known universities in China, KUST is a multidisciplinary university principally based on engineering and science, meanwhile combines technology, management, economics, arts, law and education in coordination. KUST offers 96 undergraduate programs, 242 graduate programs, 52 doctoral programs, and 8 post-doctoral exchange stations. KUST has a qualified and experienced academic staff team that conducts both teaching and research. Currently the total number of staff is about 3,800 including an approximate 1,200 faculties with senior professional and technical posts. Currently there are over 60,000 students studying at KUST, 7,000 graduate students and more than 1100 international students are included.
